West just showed me a video of an ASL (American Sign Language) Poetry Slam.

It was honestly one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen.

The motion of the signs and the expressions of her face were just so…I don’t even know how to describe it. It was as if her signing was relaying her emotions directly to me. Her face was just so rich and full and her whole body swayed as her poetry swelled its way through her.
